We understand the summer brings many uncertain conflicts and in some cases, teams that are scheduled cannot provide enough players to come and play the scheduled game. We have set aside make up dates and times on the Summer Schedule to accommodate these situations however, please make every effort to play the scheduled game - even if you have 5-6 players as changing game dates and times affects many kids, families and referee schedules.

Note - games must be played in a time slot where there is a preceding game or a game after as this affects scheduling referees.

Below is the procedures to change the game schedule:

1. The coach or appointed person of the team that has the conflict review the master summer gym schedule to view available make up dates and chooses several options
    
2. The coach contacts the opposing coach via e-mail to notify of the conflict and offers alternative times to make up the game
    
3. The 2 coaches or team contacts decide on a make-up date and contact doug@easternhoopleague.com with the requested change. After Doug reviews the gym availability and referee schedule, the game will be confirmed on the summer schedule and on the grade schedule and confirmed via e-mail.

Please do not contact Doug directly until you have come up with alternatives. Should an alternative not be found, the game will be forfeited by the team who has the conflict and not made up.
